Mark Starmer is a transformational development specialist with over twenty five years of experience of assisting others to bring about personal change in their lives.

Fifteen years of in-house human resource development work culminated in him holding the position of Senior Management Development Manager for HSBC, the world’s largest bank – one of the top positions in the field of people development.

In 1996 he left to found Proactive Consulting International, a global organizational development business that rapidly became known for specializing in the formulation of highly creative and impactful interventions that could really change people and enhance their effectiveness.

When in 1999, Mark’s first book, “Will the Real Leader Please Stand Up?” was published, his innovative thinking was acknowledged and it became the number two UK business bestseller in 2000, outsold only by Bill Gates’ Business @ The Speed of Thought.

The book became available internationally and consequently, work flowed in from all around the globe. Consequently, Mark has currently worked with the nationals of 55 different countries on 4 continents, designing and implementing initiatives that span geographical and cultural boundaries.

He became a regular contributor to business magazines and spoke at conferences and seminars on transformational development issues. He appeared on television and radio programmes and advised the UK Government on several ongoing leadership development projects. He worked as a one to one coach with the most senior business leaders, politicians and even media personalities.

He also created Proactive Interactive, a business marketing unique and incisive personal effectiveness measurement tools created by Mark (that was later sold to a large corporate entity).

However, from their recognizable origins in the early 1990’s Mark began to undergo a series of experiences that he now regards as signposts, pointers that indicated that there was something else that he should be doing; that his success and experience was merely a preparation for a more important role.

These occurrences became progressively more obvious, profound and angelic in nature until he finally accepted that there was a definite purpose other than his current role and that this involved assisting in providing transformational development for those keen to accelerate their journey on the Ascension pathway.

Guided to Ronna Herman by Archangel Michael, together they have devised the Quest For Mastery School concept. Mark, also a channel for Archangel Michael, has deployed his considerable creative talents to devise ways of delivering the teachings transmitted through Ronna that maximize their potential impact and ensure that they are delivered in the most developmental way possible.

His unparalleled knowledge of global cultural nuances effecting development practices have equipped him to go anywhere in pursuit of the Schools purpose. He will act as the leader and principal deliverer for the School, mentored and guided by Ronna.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a DipEd in stress management. He is currently in the process of another two books that will assist in spiritual growth. These will be available through StarQuest publishing.
