Becoming a Transformational Facilitator

This is an experiential learning event that focuses on presentation delivery skills and helping others manage personal change and runs with a maximum of 12 individuals in attendance.

Since it requires practice of techniques being taught to an audience, it is only appropriate for those who wish to rise to the challenges of physical delivery to groups and genuinely participate in spreading the word.

Everyone attending will be expected to be fully involved in all aspects of the program.

The program is facilitated by Mark Starmer. Although not personally in attendance, Ronna Herman will be present in spirit, as of course will Archangel Michael! For each program, He will channel a special message through Ronna for all those present, and he has made the committment that he will overlight each event with his presence.

During this exciting and intensive seminar participants will have the opportunity to examine a comprehensive range of subjects that will enable them to deliver transformative materials and gain a thorough understanding of techniques for helping others to committ to personal transformation. This will include an exploration of impactful presentation techniques, audience management, and skills for bringing about change in others. It features a series of practical teachings, exercises and activities and involves a considerable amount of talk-and-chalk presentation input as well as group discussion and presentation from participants. It is particularly suitable for those who are already delivering (or would like to deliver) AA Michael’s materials transmitted through Ronna such as “Scripting Your Destiny”, and wish to hone their skills, or those who wish to become involved in spreading the word in future.

We ask that those who would like to attend this programme come with the following:

• A genuine desire to serve as a light worker and assist in delivering AA Michael’s message
• A hunger to maximize effectiveness of personal delivery
• A willingness to receive developmental feedback

NB. Not all of those who attend the program will necessarily be considered suitable for delivery of the materials and attendance is no guarantee of acceptance to do so. We reserve the right to withhold permission to use Quest For Mastery, Scripting Your Destiny, Becoming a Transformational Facilitator or any other materials that are the property of Ronna Herman, Mark Starmer or the Quest For Mastery School.
